WNYC New York Public Radio: a week with The Tristan Mysteries

A weeklong full-sensory dive into Wagner's groundbreaking masterpiece, Tristan und Isolde, starts today on WNYC New York Public Radio until Friday, May 4.

It will be a week long examination of Richard Wagner's opera, featuring interviews with Terrance McNally; anthropologist Helen Fisher; adult film actress/"Vivid Girl" (and Wagner fanatic) Savanna Samson; choreographer Mark Morris; and acclaimed video artist Bill Viola.
