What I see browsing around the web, or scanning thorugh my subscribed blog feeds, is bloggers and the general media (read the digital branch of traditional general media as newspapers and other analog media) are more and more sharing the same news. A blog post is mirrored on an online newspaper, a news or editorial on an online newspaper is mirrored/commented on a blog.

In the beginning this kind of attitude was more a one way flow with the newspapers quoting blogs, stealing their inside views on the web or mirroring local and specific news (usually on IT or things digital related). Now this flow looks like is working both way, with bloggers mirroring news appeared on mainstream media.
